"Cursillo" is a spiritual experience that helps our hearts and minds grow with the great love that Jesus has for each of us. The purpose of the Cursillo ("Cursillo in
Christianity") is to help us grow in faith and to help us to live a fully Christian Life.
UPCOMING EVENTS
SCHOOL OF LEADERS
School of Leaders is held at Visitation Parish. The start time is 10:00.
For anyone that would like to attend Mass at Visitation, they have Mass at 8:15 on Saturday mornings.
The dates for 2025 are: 3/15, 4/26, 5/17, 6/21, 7/19, 8/16
Please come for some group sharing, great talks, and information.
DIOCESAN MASS
Our quarterly diocesan Mass will be Friday, March 7 at Church of the
Visitation at 7:00 PM. This will be the first Friday of Lent. If you'd
like to come early for Stations of the Cross, Tara Mika will be leading
Stations at 6:15 with a special St. Therese of Lisieux program. We hope
you can join us.
Also, Tara is now on Secretariat as our liturgist/music minister. If
you like to sing and/or play an instrument and would like to be part of
the music at Cursillo events such as Mass and School of Leaders, please
contact Tara at 908-278-3909.
CATHOLIC MEN FOR JESUS
Saturday, February 22 is the annual Catholic Men for Jesus Christ
conference at St. Mary of God parish in Middletown. Trenton Cursillo
will have an information table in the vendor area. We are seeking
volunteers to be at the table to answer questions about Cursillo and
hand out brochures. If you have even just an hour or two, we're looking
to cover the day in shifts. Even though it is a men's conference, women
are welcome and encouraged to come to help at our table. If you would
like to help, please contact David Riggio by phone or text at

ULTREYAS
All are welcome to join us at any of our Ultreyas. "Ultreya" is a Spanish word, derived from the original Latin, meaning Onward! It was used commonly by pilgrims to greet and to encourage one another
while on journeys. This word is now used by the Cursillo community to signify the meeting where we come together to share on the tripod of Piety, Study and Action.
